Grace Helen McAteer (Gaffney), was 85 years of age with a date of birth of May 14th, 1934. She was born in Paterson NJ raised by her mother Mary Gaffney (Devlin) and father Henry Gaffney.
Siblings include three brothers Alex, Frank and William (deceased) and one sister Helen (deceased).
She was a devoted mother of three children Karen Vitale (McAteer) (Gene Vitale), Glenn McAteer and Todd McAteer (Terry Scotto).
Grace was a dedicated grandmother to Stacen Jackson (Monique) and Lisa Smith (Kevin) and a loving great grandmother to Jada May-Smith, Mya Smith and Alexa Smith.
She had a beautiful spirit, loving heart and leaves behind her cherished memories to many who loved her the way she loved.
Funeral service will commence at West Cobb Funeral Home in Marietta, GA on May 2nd. The viewing will begin at 2:00pm followed by service at 3:00pm by St. Josephs Church.
