Gerald Edward "Jerry" Clor passed into the arms of the Lord on October 24, 2015, while at home with his wife, Cecelia, in Dallas, GA, at the age of 66. Jerry lost his courageous battle with cancer after being diagnosed earlier in the year and putting his total trust in God. As the beloved husband of CeCe, he is the loving father of Aaron Clor, Sara Deko (and her husband, John) and Daniel Clor (and wife Kiali), as well as a proud grandfather to (Ashley and Mikey Clor; John, Joey and Cooper Deko; and Zach, Paige and Daniel Clor, Jr.), step-granddaughter, Brittney Derosier, along with many nieces and nephews. Jerry graduated from St. Juliana Grade School and St. Anthony High School in Detroit, and gained his college education in Michigan as well as some of the several states (including Washington, New Jersey, Connecticut, Arizona, and Pennsylvania) where he had resided during his accomplished corporate career in pharmaceutical sales and training. He was a Vietnam Veteran with service in the United States Air Force at DaNang Air Base, and has long been known among friends as a dedicated family man well-versed in his faith. Services will be held at 3pm on Wednesday, October 28, 2015, at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory, 2480 Macland Road, Marietta, GA, 30064, (770-419-9234). The family will receive friends from 1pm until 3pm prior to the ceremony on Wednesday.
