Frances E. Norman, age 68, of Dallas passed away October 29, 2015. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 3 from 12 pm until 1:30 pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory, Marietta. A Graveside Service will be held at 2 pm on Tuesday at Kennesaw Memorial Park with Rev. Johnny Foster officiating. Frances is preceded in death by her son, Mark Edward Norman and her brother, Bernard Tatum. She is survived by loving family & friends. Online guestbook available at
