Florian Henry Giorgio

Florian Henry Giorgio , age 93, passed away at his home in Marietta, Georgia on Tuesday, June 7, 2016. He is survived by his son, Jason Giorgio, daughter-in-law, Liesl Giorgio and sister, Josephine Ciasulli. Florian was born and raised in Newark, New Jersey. He graduated from The University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Finance with a B.S. in economics. He proudly served his country as a signal radio intelligence operator in Europe during WWII. Florian specialized in IT systems planning and management. He retired from W.R. Grace in 1981 and moved to Orlando, Florida. In 2007, Florian relocated to Georgia to live with his son and daughter-in-law. The immediate family had a private interment at Kennesaw Memorial Park on Sunday, June 12, 2016.
