Elaine C. Whittaker

Elaine Chapman Whittaker, age 85, of Powder Springs, GA passed away Sunday, September 2, 2018. A Graveside Service will be held at 11am on Saturday, September 8th at Cannon Memorial Park Cemetery in Fountain Inn, SC.
A native of Greenville, SC, Mrs. Whittaker moved to Powder Springs, GA 9 years ago to live with her daughter, Kathy. She worked for the Piedmont Shirt Company, and was a member of Mauldin Wesleyan Church in South Carolina. She was an avid South Carolina Gamecock football fan, and also enjoyed playing golf. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy N. Whittaker, and a son, Steven Whittaker.

Daughter: Katherine A. (David) Grothaus, Powder Springs, GA
4 Grandchildren: Jennifer (Eric) Tuttle, Matthew (Beth) Whittaker, Justin Grothaus and fiancée Jenna, and Cory Grothaus
5 Great Grandchildren: Cayden, Cambree, Chandler, Lucas and Ella
