Douglas Raleigh McCravy

Mr. Douglas Raleigh McCravy, age 84, of Marietta, Georgia passed away Wednesday, October 24, 2018. Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at Central Baptist Church in Marietta with Rev. Wayne Fain officiating. Interment will follow at Crest Lawn Memorial Park in Atlanta. He will lie in state at the church 1 hour prior to the ceremony. A native of Atlanta, Mr. McCravy lived in Marietta for the past 60 years. He was a veteran of the United States Navy, and had retired from the ABF Trucking Company. Survivors include: Wife, Martha Aline McCravy; 2 Sons, Kenneth Wayne "Ken" McCravy, Macomb, IL and Randall Scott "Randy" McCravy and wife Marty, Marietta, GA; 2 Brothers, Stanley McCravy, Smyrna, GA and Wilfred McCravy, Smyrna, GA; 2 Grandchildren, Matthew McCravy, Raleigh, NC and Adam McCravy, Nashville, TN. The family will receive friends on Friday, October 26th from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta.
