Derek W. Lester

Derek Wayne Lester, age 42, of Marietta, GA passed away on Saturday, September 8, 2012. Funeral Services will be held at 2pm on Monday, September 10, 2012 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Rev. Allen Young and Bishop Grant Cole officiating. Interment will follow at Dallas Cemetery in Dallas, GA.

Derek graduated from Osborne High School in 1988, and he attended Calvary Baptist Church in Powder Springs. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Carroll Moon, and his grandfathers, J.B. Lester and Kenneth Carroll.

Daugher: Kaitlyne Lester
Sister: Tara Lester
Brothers: Jonathan Lester and Kenneth Moon
Grandmothers: Catherine Lester and Grace Carroll.
Aunts: Dianne (Bill) Norwood and Diane Cash
