Deborah Lee Clabaugh

Born August 9th, 1947, in Altoona, PA., Deborah was daughter to the late George Raymond Clabaugh and Mildred Carolyn (Butler) Clabaugh.
Deborah was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to many. She was predeceased by her first grandson, Ryan Vickery, and survived by her beloved spouse of 33-years, Mark Guleserian, daughters Pamela J. McLaughlin of Kennesaw, Sherre R. Pate (Tim) of Powder Springs, Carolyn R. Adams of Kennesaw, grandchildren Robbie Vickery, Nicholas Vickery, Jessica Irizarry (Josh), Matthew McLaughlin, step-grandchildren Michael and Anthony Brown, great grandchildren, Myah and Alex Irizarry, Morgan Brown, Brother Roger Clabaugh and sister Judy Clabaugh of Chapparal,Tx and sister Dawn Weigle (Anthony. 2015) of Brookhaven, GA, several nieces and nephews, and her beloved dog Kaptain.
Before retiring in 2016, Deborah enjoyed a rewarding 40-year career in the nursing field having worked both as an LPN and later as a RN following her graduation from the College of Nursing at Kennesaw State University (KSU) in Kennesaw, Georgia.
Deborah loved traveling and would jump at the slightest opportunity whenever possible having traveled to all corners of the country including many places in-between at one time or another.
Above any physical accomplishment throughout life, most important of all was her faith in God and serving Him endlessly. Prior moving to Georgia in 1985, she served at West Shore Baptist Church in Camp Hill, PA for more than 30-years followed by Mount Paran Church, Atlanta and Liberty Church, Marietta, GA. As a Christian, Deborah was always dedicated to her church (at the time) and served in many ministries as a member, volunteer, or teacher. She adored the youth in particular, whether it be chaperoning a retreat or simply counseling. She loved learning about, and teaching the Bible, often participating in church Bible study classes or college recognized courses. Her other passions included comforting the elderly and volunteering to feed the homeless, to working in the church administration office.
Deborah will be missed by her loving family and friends.
A celebration of life will be held at Liberty Church (address) on Tuesday, August 23, 2022, 12pm.
