Charles Edwin "Chuck" Muse

Charles Edwin "Chuck" Muse, age 86, of Acworth, Georgia passed away Tuesday, May 14, 2019. Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Rev. Bobby Miller and Rev. Mike Stephens officiating. Interment will follow at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Georgia on Thursday, May 23rd at 11am.

A native of Durham, NC, Mr. Muse moved to Acworth, GA in 2008 from Fort Worth, TX. He worked as an Electrician, and was a member of the IBEW for 63 years. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force, having served during the Korean War, and enjoyed attending the Joy Life Group at Burnt Hickory Baptist Church, where he was a member for the last 10 years.

Survivors include: Wife of 33 years, Lovetta Muse; 3 Step Children, Rev. David (Vicki) Chittenden, Swartz Creek, MI, Steve (Teresa) Chittenden, Kingwood, TX, and Christie (Bobby) Miller, Thomasville, GA; 10 Grandchildren and 33 Great Grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Chuck Muse's memory to Burnt Hickory Baptist Church. The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 18, 2019 from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta. Online guest book at www.westcobbfuneralhome.com .
