Carol Joanne Clayton

Mrs. Carol Joanne Clayton, age 74, of Ellijay, GA passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2017. Funeral Services will be held 2pm Saturday, February 25th at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Steve Clayton officiating. Burial will follow at Bascomb United Methodist Church Cemetery in Woodstock, GA.
A native of Cobb County, Mrs. Clayton lived in Woodstock, GA for a period of time before settling in Ellijay. She worked in Audit Control for Pilgrim's Pride before retiring, and was a member of Bascomb United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years at the time of his passing, George Clayton.
