Andrew L. Norsworthy

Andrew Lawrence Norsworthy , age 60, of Marietta, Georgia passed away August 14, 2021 while under Wellstar Hospice Home care as well as Tranquility at Kennesaw Mountain in his last week. He is predeceased by his parents and brothers. He leaves behind many people he loved to have conversations with. He challenged your thinking. He enjoyed the group Aerosmith as well as music in general. He also loved to write.

On a cold wet afternoon
in a room full of emptiness
by a freeway
I confess I was lost in the pages
of a book
full of death
reading how we'll die alone
and if a god will lay to rest
anywhere we want to go
In your house
I long to be
room by room
patiently
I'll wait for you there
like a stone

Andrew will be laid to rest with his parents and brothers at Olive Springs Cemetery in Marietta.
