Alexander Rosenberg

Alexander Rosenberg, 94, of Acworth, passed away on Monday, April 4, 2011. A graveside service will be held at 11am on Wednesday, April 6, 2011, at Arlington Memorial Park in Atlanta. Born in New York, Mr. Rosenberg moved to Acworth in 2007 from Pembroke Pines, FL. He was retired from the United States Postal Service and was a Veteran of the United States Army serving in WWII. Mr. Rosenberg was of the Jewish faith. He was preceded in death by his wife, Theresa. Survivors include his daughter, Ellen Hershkowitz; son, Richard Rosenberg and wife, Diane; sister, Sophie Mizrahi and husband, Marvin; grandchildren, Andrew Hershkowitz, Dennis Hershkowitz, Adam Rosenberg, Jessica Rosenberg, Stephanie Rosenberg and Dawn Ritter; great-grandchildren, Haley Slater, Bethany Hershkowitz, Zachary Hershkowitz, Ryan Ritter, Jayson Ritter and Alexander Slater and grandsons-in-law, Trent Lindgren and Benjamin Slater.
