Ada Mae Harry, age 93, of Powder Springs passed away Sunday, October 6, 2013. Funeral Services will be held at 11 am on Wednesday, October 9 in the Chapel of West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory, 2480 Macland Road, Marietta with Rev. Billy Lord officiating. Interment will follow at 2 pm at Adamson Cemetery in Jonesboro.
Mrs. Harry moved from South Carolina to Powder Springs 6 years ago. She was a homemaker and a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church.
Mrs. Harry is preceded in death by her husband, Hollis Harry and is survived by 5 children: Ray (Faye) Harry of Suches, GA; Carol Mote of Ellijay, GA; Gary Harry of Dallas, GA; Marion (Mary Jane) Harry of South Carolina; Alan (Donna) Harry of Easley, SC; 1 sister and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Donations may be made to Ebenezer Baptist Church, 6299 Britt Road, Mableton, GA 30126.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5 until 9 pm.
