Life Legacy
Austin Jason Chapman, age 17, of Acworth, passed away on December 26, 2012. Funeral services will be held at 11am on Monday, December 31, 2012, in the Chapel of West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Rev. Howard Koepka officiating. Interment will follow at Crest Lawn Memorial Park in Atlanta.
Austin was a senior at Altoona High School.
Survivors include his mother, Natalie Miller Chapman; father, Bradley ( Angela) Chapman; siblings, Dallas Chapman, Mercedez Chapman and Kaley Donaldson and grandparents, Kyle and Linda Miller of Cartersville, Nancy and Noyle Mann of Acworth and Mitchell Chapman of Las Vegas.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, December 30, 2012, from 5pm-8pm.
