Mrs. Stacylee Payne Millsapp, age 43, of Douglasville, GA passed away August 5, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 11am, Saturday, August 13, 2016 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Powder Springs Georgia Stake Center with Bishop Ely and Bishop Phillips officiating.
She will lie in state at the church from 9:30am to 10:30 prior to the funeral services, with interment to follow at Cheatham Hill Memorial Park.
Mrs. Millsapp was a homemaker and had previously lived in Cobb and Paulding Counties and was a current resident of Douglasville. She was a former member of the Dallas Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and was a current member of the Douglasville Ward. Mrs. Millsapp was an accomplished massage therapist. She was a former property manager for Thorpe Enterprises. She loved serving others. She enjoyed working with the Achievement Day Girls at her church and the Primary children. Stacylee loved children and was looked on as a second mom for many children.
She is survived by her husband, Barry L. Millsapp, Douglasville, her daughter, Kaydee Leigh Millsapp, her parents, Ronald F. and Karen Payne of Spanish Fork, Utah. Two sisters; Suelyne (Tomas) Perez of Ogden, Utah; JaNaye (Peter) Kelson of Salt Lake City, Utah. Four brothers; Kendall F. (Grace) Payne of Riverton, Utah; Jason F. (Joey) Payne, Spanish Fork, Utah; Gavin F. (Kuulei) Payne, Bluffdale, Utah; Cameron W. Payne, Draper, Utah. Fifteen nieces and nephews, one great-nephew. A special AUNT Sharon Payne.
Mrs. Millsapp’s family will receive friends from 6-8pm on Friday, August 12, 2016 at the funeral home.
