Robert Winthrop Chambers of Marietta, Georgia, passed away on November 16, 2017.
Born in Augusta, Georgia, November 15, 1948 to Richard Lee and Irene Barshan Chambers.
He spent most of his adult life in Marietta where he had careers in both retail sales and real estate. Robert was in the U.S. Army Reserves from 1967 to 1973.
Mr. Chambers was preceded in death by his parents, and his brothers Richard, John and Bernard.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Tobias Chambers, stepchildren, Joshua, Rachel and Mary Frances Collins, sisters Trudy Stiber and Charlotte Shamblin(Adrian) and several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
The family will have a private memorial at a later date.
