Philip Maxwell Cochran, age 74, of Austell passed away Wednesday, July 2, 2014. Private family services will be held. Mr. Cochran was born in Tennessee and has lived in Georgia for most of his life. He worked at Lockheed Martin for 25 years and was of the Baptist Faith. He is preceded in death by his parents: Horace and Agnes Cochran. He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Langford and children: Judy Boehlke of Hemphill, TX and Monica Cochran of Monticello, GA; 2 brothers: Horace Cochran, Jr of Talladega, AL, Donald Cochran of Lavonia, GA; 3 grandchildren: Becky Turner, Crissy Turner and Philip Boehlke and 4 great grandchildren.
