Norman Edward Cook

Norman Edward Cook, age 85, of Marietta, passed away on Saturday, January 11, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 4pm on Monday, January 13, 2014, at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory, 2480 Macland Road, Marietta with Dr. Thomas Chapman officiating. Interment will follow at Praise Tabernacle Church Cemetery in Powder Springs.
Mr. Cook was born in Banning, GA and retired from Coca-Cola where he was a maintenance foreman. He later worked for Clark Ice and Publix at Cobb Centre. He was also a former member of Hill Street Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Evelyn V. Cook; daughters, Cholie V. Falls of Austell and Joan E. Clark of Dallas; grandchildren, Gregory Nathan Falls and Gabriel Lee Clark and great-grandchildren, Nathan Alex Falls, Madison LeAnn Clark and Grayson Lee Clark.
Memorial donations can be made to Cobb Street Ministries.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, January 12, 2014, from 4pm-7pm.
