Matthew Thomas DuVall

Matthew Thomas DuVall, age 40, of Marietta, GA passed away on Friday, February 22, 2013. Memorial Services will be held at 11am on Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at West Ridge Church in Dallas, GA with Rev. Terry Nelson officiating. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service at the church. Afterwards, the family will host a reception at the clubhouse in the Essex Park subdivision.

A native of Virginia, Mat moved to Cobb County in 2008. He is a professional body builder and had won the Mr. America competition in 2003.For the last 2 years, he owned and operated American Body Works (Required Fitness). Mat was also a member of Keystone Church, and loved speaking at Fellowship of Christian Athletes and working with God’s Warriors. He enjoyed gun collecting, and was considered “Our Hero” by his wife and family.

Father: Barry R. DuVall, Sr., Manassas, VA

Brother: Rich (Rosemary) DuVall, Jacksonville, FL

Sister: Joy Michelle (Patrick) Kenne, London, England



Nephews: Jasper Kenne and Brody DuVall, and “Little Kenne” on the way.
