Mary Alice Moon, 94, passed away Saturday, October 22, 2016. Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta, GA. She was preceded in death by her husband Freeman A. Moon.
Mary was a native and lifelong resident of Cobb County where she loved gardening, cooking and especially spending time with her family. Mary was a member of Cheatham Hill Baptist Church.
Survivors include: daughter: Dale Edge; three sons: Kenneth, Tony and Paul Moon; six grandchildren; sixteen great-grand children and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta, GA.
