Latrelle C. Hodge

Mrs. Latrelle C. Hodge, age 78, of Marietta, GA passed away on Wednesday, April 23, 2014. Graveside Services will be held at 2:30pm on Friday, May 2nd at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton with Rev. Ken Ellison and Rev. Randy Bennett officiating.

The family invites anyone who would like to attend the graveside ceremony, to please meet at the funeral home by 1:00 pm Friday afternoon. The funeral procession will leave at 1:15 pm.

Raised in Covington, Mrs. Hodge moved to Marietta in 1957. She, along with her late husband, Mr. John W. Hodge, Jr., opened the Hodge Army-Navy Store in 1955 on Cobb Parkway, where it is still family owned and operated today. She was the past president of the Terrell Mill Estates Garden Club, and was a charter member of Eastside Baptist Church and Northstar Church.

2 Grandchildren: Madison and Carson Earls

Cousin: Frances Martin Swigart, Covington, GA

Nephew: Ralph E. “Eddie” Pearson, Jr. and family, Hixson, TN
