Judith Annette Mote, 72, of Douglasville passed away Thursday, February 18, 2016. Services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Floyd Road Baptist Church with Rev. Burman Cape Jr. and Rev. Keith Collins officiating. She will lie in state at the church from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service. Interment will follow at Paulding Memorial Gardens with Rev. Joe Pritchard officiating. A native of Dallas, GA., Annette married her husband in 1958 and they owned and operated Bob-e-llene Custom Draperies until his death in 2000. She was a member of Floyd Road Baptist Church and enjoyed attending Gospel Singings with her friends, Lucy and Louise (The Midnight Grannies). Annette enjoyed watching and discussing her Atlanta Braves with her oldest friend, Arline and was also a Georgia Bulldog fan. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Dorothy Landmon, husband, Jerry Mote and her daughter, Pamula D. Mote. Annette is survived by her Son and Daughter in Law, Jerry Anthony “Tony” and Sherri Mote; Brother, Wayne Landmon; Sisters, Louise Beavers and Vicki Landmon; Grandchildren, Justin and Katie Mote and Taylor and Jake Aldredge; Great Granddaughter, Whitley Grace Aldredge. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
