Joyce Earlene Ashley

Joyce Earlene Ashley, age 83, of Marietta, Georgia passed away November 12, 2016. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 am on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at Lutheran Church of Nativity in Austell, GA with Pastor Dena Lane officiating. Interment will follow at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Georgia.

Joyce was a native of Kansas City, Missouri and lived in the Atlanta area since 1972. Joyce attended Lutheran Church of Nativity in Austell, GA, she loved watching college football, playing the piano, drawing, taking care of others and spending time with her family.

Survivors include: her husband Homer J. Ashley of 56 years; two daughters: Janice E. (Bobby) O'Donald; Julie A. Ashley; one sister: Gloria A. (Jim) Pettijohn; two granddaughters: Kellie J. (Chris) Cargile, Melissa K. Millwood; two great-grandchildren: Kamryn Flores and Christopher Cargile; and many other family members.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 from 9:00 am until 10:30 am at Lutheran Church of Nativity in Austell, GA.
