Glenn Steele Storino

Glenn Steele Storino passed away on February 13, 2014. He was born in Medford, MA and graduated from St. Pius Catholic High School. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Storino and Leon Gutherou. Surviving are his wife, the former Peggie Wheeler of Powder Springs and two sons: Steele Storino (Jenny) of Marietta and Trent Storino (Kim) of Raleigh, NC. He has 4 grandchildren: Zola & Phia Storino of Marietta and Frank & Henry Storino of Raleigh, NC. His only sibling is Chris Fellicetti (Terry) of Chandler, AZ. He is also survived by two step sons: Kyle (Donna) and Klevin Jones (Dana) and three step-grandchildren: Nathan, Zachary and Andrew Jones.

Glenn received an MA from the University of Georgia in journalism. He obtained his MBA from Northwestern. Later in his life he received a degree of Education for the Ministry from the University of the South. Most of his life he was in marketing and writing. He won two Addys. One was for his Turtle Wax advertisement and the other was for Captain Kelly Smoke Detector advertisement. He loved his family and church. He was married to the love of his life, but his grandchildren were the delight of his life. Glenn was an avid Georgia Bulldog Fan. He was a member of Delta Tau Delta Fraternity. Glenn lived all over the world: Germany, Bahamas, New York City, Chicago, IL, Dallas, TX, Portland, OR, Boston, MA, Nashville, TN, and Atlanta, GA. But he always called Atlanta, GA his home. He was known for his sweet smile and his sense of humor and was a very optimistic person.

There will be a celebration of Life service at Providence Presbyterian on Macland Road in Dallas, GA at 3 pm on Saturday, February 15, 2014 with the Rev. Joe Brice officiating. Following the service there will be a reception and visitation. The family requests no flowers.
