Don Vernon Hitchcock, Jr., age 75, of Acworth, GA passed away on Thursday, February 21, 2013. Private services will be held.
A native of Miami, Mr. Hitchcock worked as a crane operator and building contractor for most of his life.
He is survived by his wife, Paula Clifford; son, Mark Hitchcock; step children, Gail (Mark) Nielson, Melanie (Ron) Cicerchia and Jim (Laurie) Haston; sister, Eva (Jim) Cole; brother, John (Cindy) Hitchcock; 2 grandchildren and 10 step grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your local Humane Society or Animal Rescue group.
