Denise Ann Campbell

Denise Ann Campbell, age 61, of Marietta, GA passed away on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 with her family by her side. Funeral Services will be held at 2pm on Sunday, May 18, 2014 at Marietta First United Methodist Church with Dr. Sam Matthews officiating. Interment will follow at Kennesaw Memorial Park, Marietta. She will lie in state at the church one hour prior to the service.



A native of Youngwood, PA, Mrs. Campbell moved to Cobb County in 1988 with her husband and two young boys. She lovingly raised her family while pursuing a career in retail management. Later, she joined her husband to work in the family’s construction business. Lively and compassionate, she enjoyed spending time with her family and entertaining friends. With a classy demeanor and an eye for style, she excelled at decorating, gardening, and arranging flowers. Above all else her favorite activity of late was helping to raise her grandson.



A beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, she is survived by her devoted husband, Ernie Campbell, sons, E.J. Campbell and Ryan (Felicia) Campbell, Brother, Dr. Jack (Joan) Penhall and her precocious grandson Logan Harrison Campbell.
