Born in Griffin Georgia, Charles lived in Marietta for the past 50 years and was a veteran of the United States Navy. Charles worked in the Tele-communication field for the past 45 years.

Morris Hayden Parrish- Father
Frances Layuna Parrish - Mother
Joyce Parrish Watkins - Sister
Survived by:
3 Children - Melyssa Parrish Elerson, Janna Parrish Moore and Andrew Parrish.
6 grandchildren - Dustyn Parrish, Luke Elerson, Cooper Parrish, Hannah Blankenship, Isla Moore and Perrin Moore
Siblings - Gail Black, Wynona Jackson, Edward Parrish and Mary-Jo Clements.
As well as many beloved Nieces and Nephews.
